The LEM® Jerky Rack & Pan set makes homemade jerky easier, cleaner, and more efficient. Designed for oven use, this durable rack and pan set allows you to evenly dry jerky strips while catching drippings to help keep your oven clean.
The stainless steel jerky rack measures 18" x 13" and features divided grids that hold approximately one pound of ground meat jerky strips, providing 1.5 square feet of drying space. Paired with a chrome-plated aluminum pan, the set is built to handle oven temperatures up to 500°F while delivering consistent airflow for even drying.
