This premium blend combines the tangy spice of sriracha with carefully selected seasonings, delivering a fiery, flavorful kick that pairs perfectly with wild game or domestic meats. Ideal for both sliced and ground meat methods, each batch includes pre-measured cure and simple instructions for consistently delicious results.
For marinades, slice meat to your preferred thickness, mix with seasoning and water, and refrigerate for 8 hours. For ground meat, blend with the water-seasoning mixture until tacky and form into strips. Cook in the oven at 200°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes on each side, or dehydrate according to your dehydrator’s guidelines. Refrigerate or freeze finished jerky to maintain freshness. Gluten-free and contains no MSG.
