This all-purpose mix combines premium spices and salt to add deep, satisfying flavor to meatloaf, fresh pork sausage, poultry dressing, casseroles, and even as a pre-cook rub for your favorite meats. Designed for both wild game and domestic meats, it delivers reliable, delicious results in every batch.
For meatloaf, follow the package directions, pack into a greased loaf pan, and bake. For sausage, grind meat containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water, mix until tacky, and refrigerate overnight before stuffing or forming patties. Use 6 oz per 18 lbs of meat for a well-seasoned batch or 6 oz per 24 lbs for a milder flavor.
