This expertly blended mix combines classic jerky spices with ground jalapeño peppers to deliver balanced heat without overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. Ideal for large-batch processing, it works perfectly with wild game or domestic meats and includes a pre-measured cure for consistent results every time.
Use the marinade method by slicing meat to your desired thickness, mixing seasoning with water, and refrigerating for 8 hours. For ground jerky, combine the seasoning and water with meat until tacky, then form into strips. Cook in the oven at 200°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes per side or dehydrate according to your dehydrator’s instructions. Refrigerate or freeze finished jerky for storage.
