Whether you're making classic snack sticks or experimenting with new blends, this seasoning delivers dependable, delicious results in every batch. Each package includes a pre-measured cure for convenience.
To prepare, grind meat containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve the seasoning in water, and mix until tacky. Form sticks using a Jerky Cannon or stuff into natural sheep or 17–21mm collagen casings. Bake at 200°F or smoke/bake at 180°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Ingredients do not contain gluten.
