This unique blend delivers a spicy, sweet, and earthy profile inspired by traditional Jamaican jerk seasoning. Perfect for wild game or domestic meats, it works equally well for sliced or ground meat jerky. Each package includes a pre-measured cure and easy-to-follow instructions for reliable results every time.
For the marinade method, slice meat to your preferred thickness, mix seasoning with water, and refrigerate for 8 hours. For ground meat, combine with the water mixture until tacky and form into strips. Cook in the oven at 200°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes per side, or dehydrate according to your dehydrator manufacturer’s instructions. Refrigerate or freeze finished jerky to maintain freshness.
