The Antler King® Slam Dunk™, 3.5lb is a powerful all-fall hunt plot blend designed to attract and hold deer from late summer through winter. Featuring a strategic mix of warm- and cool-season varieties—including forage peas, buckwheat, radishes, and canola—Slam Dunk™ delivers season-long attraction and nutrition in one easy-to-plant mix.
Fast germinating (3–5 days) and quick to mature (60–90 days), this blend thrives in a wide range of soil types and climates, tolerating pH levels from 5.4–7.0 as well as varying shade and moisture conditions. Early-season peas and buckwheat provide 15–30% protein, drawing deer in quickly, while radishes and canola take over as temperatures drop. After a hard frost, brassicas convert stored starches into sugars—dramatically increasing sweetness, palatability, and attraction for late-season hunts.
Beyond attraction, Slam Dunk™ also benefits soil health by helping reduce compaction, improve aeration, and contribute valuable nutrients back into the soil for future plots.
