The Antler King® Fall/Winter/Spring Food Plot Blend, 17lb is a unique annual mix designed to grow fast, stay green through winter, and provide high-protein forage when other plots go dormant. Featuring a special variety of winter peas, fall rye (cereal rye), radishes, and buckwheat, this blend can reach 6–8 inches in as little as 10 days—creating an exceptional early-season hunt plot that continues producing through late fall and winter.
With winter peas offering 20–30% protein and cereal rye providing tender, cold-tolerant forage, this blend helps support antler development, body condition, and post-rut recovery. Radishes and buckwheat add early attraction and enhanced palatability as temperatures drop. Highly digestible and capable of sustaining heavy browse pressure, this mix helps deer regain weight lost during the rut while supplying essential winter energy.
Ideal for planting August through October, this 17 lb bag plants approximately ½ acre and can even be turned under in spring to help return nitrogen to the soil.
